Ownership XCSI operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that allows different people to participate in initiatives linked to real estate. The website provides general information about our business model and does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalized financial advice.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the projects offered through the platform, you must be over 18 years of age, have legal capacity to contract in Mexico, provide truthful and updated information, and comply with identification and anti-money laundering requirements under current Mexican legislation.
3. Participation risks
Real estate crowdlending involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of contributed capital, delays in estimated project timelines, variations in Mexican real estate market conditions, and liquidity risk (difficulty recovering your contribution before the deadline). Ownership XCSI does not guarantee specific returns or the return of capital. Each participant is responsible for evaluating their risk tolerance before participating.
4. Intellectual property
All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Ownership XCSI or its licensors and is protected by Mexican intellectual property laws and international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Site usage
