At Ownership XCSI, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Ownership XCSI" or "we"), located at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 33, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you interact with our platform: full name, email address, message or inquiry you send us through the contact form, IP address and browsing data (technical and analytical cookies), and language preferences. We do not collect financial, patrimonial, or sensitive data through this website.

2. Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes: responding to your inquiries and requests for information about our real estate crowdlending services, sending you communications related to available projects (with prior authorization), improving the browsing experience on our platform, complying with legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Mexico, and generating internal usage statistics (in anonymized form).

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on: your express consent when submitting the contact form, the legitimate interest of Ownership XCSI to operate and improve its services, and compliance with legal obligations before Mexican authorities such as the CNBV and SAT.

4. Data transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy, unless required by a competent authority. The technology service providers we use (web hosting, analytics) are subject to confidentiality agreements and data processing in accordance with Mexican legislation and international protection standards.

5. ARCO Rights

As a personal data holder, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO rights) by sending a request to privacidad@ownershipxcsi.com. Your request must include: full name and official identification, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and any documentation that facilitates locating your data. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days in accordance with the LFPDPPP.

6. Security measures

We implement technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, damage, loss, or alteration. These measures include encrypted communications (TLS/SSL), role-based access controls, periodic security audits, and storage on servers with recognized security certifications.

7. Data retention

We will retain your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes or as required by applicable legislation. Contact data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction. After that, it will be securely deleted.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any modifications will be published on this page with the last updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
